DONE DEAL: Ghanaian forward John Antwi joins Pyramids FC

Pyramids FC announced on Tuesday the signing of Misr El-Makassa’s forward John Antwi on a 3-year deal according to Pyramids FC’s Twitter account.

John Antwi scored 40 goals and supplied 10 assists in 76 appearances for Misr El-Makassa.

The move is expected to see him increase his tally as the highest foreign scorer of the league after surpassing Papa Poku at 69 goals.

The former Al Ahly and Ismaily player made his first appearance in the Egypt Premier League in 2012 and has moved on to gain a cult status in Egypt.
