Al Ahly has officially announced the signing of Ismaily’s talented midfielder Omar El-Saaiy in a lucrative five-year deal valued at EGP 50 million.
Additionally, the club has arranged a loan transfer of three players from Ahly to Ismaily as part of a mutually beneficial agreement.
El-Saaiy, 21, becomes Ahly’s fourth summer signing, joining the club after the acquisition of defender Youssef Ayman from Qatari side Al-Duhail SC.

The club has also bolstered its defense by securing Moroccan left-back Yahia Attiyat Allah on loan from Russian club PFC Sochi and finalizing a four-year contract with Moroccan defender Achraf Dari from French team Brest.
El-Saaiy broke into Ismaily’s senior squad in 2022, quickly making his mark with 33 appearances last season, where he scored four goals and delivered four key assists.
His impressive performances also earned him a call-up to the Egyptian U-20 national team for the 2023 U-20 Africa Cup.
