Emad Meteb has ruled himself out of the World Cup qualifier in Guinea due to an ear infection.
The Ahly striker didn�t show up at the team�s training on Monday, claiming he was seeing a specialist after feeling pain in his ear and that he will not be able to play before next week.
It remains to be seen whether the Egypt management will call a replacement for the 29-year-old as Egypt visit Guinea in their second World Cup qualifier on June 10.
