Zamalek signs Kabongo Kasongo for 15M EGP
Egyptian side Ittihad of Alexandria have agreed on Sunday to sell their Congolese striker Kabongo Kasongo to Zamalek, who will sign the striker for the next four years.
The 22-year-old joined the Alexandrian side last summer and he has produced a string of fine displays, netting 12 league goals so far.
Reports suggested that Zamalek will pay EGP 15 million to the coastal side as a transfer fee, while the player will receive $250 000 per season.
Zamalek have already signed Ghanaian striker Benjamin Acheampong from Dakhleya last week.
After losing the league title Zamalek are looking to strengthen their squad before the next season.
