Salah refuse to celebrate after scoring against Chelsea for #Egypt
Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah continued his impressive goal-scoring run and maintained his position on top of the Premier League scorers’ chart after netting against former club Chelsea in a 1-1 draw on Saturday.
Salah’s lack of celebration is due to events in Egypt this week, 300 people died in the assault during a Terrorist attack of worshippers at a mosque in Sinai.
The Egypt winger, who left Chelsea after a brief and unsuccessful spell in the summer of 2016, put the Reds ahead in the 65th minute to break down a dogged Chelsea defence.
He received Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain’s pass with a delicate touch and held off a challenge from Cesar Azpilicueta to beat Thibaut Courtois at his near post with a low right-foot shot from close range.

Chelsea equalized when substitute Willian’s cross-cum-shot went past Simon Mignolet with five minutes remaining but Salah could have snatched all three points for Liverpool in stoppage time, only for Courtois to superbly thwart his shot.
Salah took his tally to 10 Premier League goals, one ahead of Tottenham’s Harry Kane who scored in his side’s 1-1 draw with West Bromwich Albion earlier in the day.
