Middlesbrough striker Mido has made a surprise return to his former club Zamalek of Cairo .
Mido, who has been linked with moves to Deportivo La Coruna and Espanyol, had become disillusioned with failing to win a regular place in the Ajax team.
Mido also announced that he will be rejoining his boyhood club Zamalek and will end his football�career�there.
