Mauritanian forward Dominique Da Silva and defenders Ramy Rabiea, Sherif Abdel-Fadil and Mohamed Naguib have been ruled out because of injuries while strikers Mohamed Fadl and El-Sayed Hamdy have been dropped for technical reasons.
