Former Tunisian president ZinealAbidine Ben Ali fled to Saudi Arabia while Hosni Mubarak had to surrender Egypt’s presidential seat following incessant demonstrations in the North African countries.

“The Tunisians have agreed in principle to play this game, which will be called the revolutionists game,” EFA board member Ayman Younes told Al-Ahram newspaper.

“We might reach a final agreement over that match within the coming few hours. We want it to be included in FIFA’s international calendar and it could be also held annually.”

Football activities in Egypt and Tunisia are still suspended due to security concerns.
