The 27-year-old has scored two goals while providing one assist in ten games this season, helping Volos sit sixth on the league table.
Warda was also linked with a move to Aris Thessaloniki, but the player opted to return back to PAOK, with whom he had already lifted the Greek Cup.
Reports also emerged that Warda could head back to Egypt through his boyhood club Al Ahly as Pitso Mosimane wants to strengthen his midfield.
However, the 27-year-old winger has signed a one-and-a-half year deal with PAOK, which will keep him with them until July 2022.
