Al Ahly had a perfect league start with an easy with against Military Production in the Egyptian Premier League opening week.
The action started only after 70 minutes of play when Al-Saied, who also scored Ahli’s goal against Military Production in their last game, converted from the spot after ex-Egypt defender Amr Fahim felled young right-back Ahmed Nabil ‘Manga’ inside the area.
Manga was then superbly involved in Ahli’s second of the night with a pinpoint cross from the right, with sub Gamal putting the needed touch to slot home seven minutes from time and ensure the Reds’ first three points of the season.
