Liverpool are close to striking terms for FC Basel winger Mohamed Salah.
The Mirror says Liverpool are close to agreeing a £7million fee for Salah.
The playmaker has scored 17 goals in 26 games for his country Egypt.
Salah also impressed in the Champions’ League this season for his Swiss club FC Basel, scoring both home and away against Chelsea, and inspiring the interest of the London club.
But he has indicated he wants a move to Anfield, and Brendan Rodgers is keen to land the striker who can play in any one of the front three roles in his system, or play behind a centre forward.
